1. Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving payment.
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for orders above $14.99.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom-made or special-order items
Clearance or final sale items
2. Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1st hours of purchase. After that, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
