Why People Choose Barebells
Barebells bars are known for a soft, chewy texture, a chocolate coating and a candy-bar style taste, while keeping sugar low. Depending on the line, a bar gives you 16g or 20g of protein with 1–2g of sugar, which makes them popular as a post-workout snack, a quick breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. Always check the label on your pack for the exact nutrition, because values can differ by flavor.
