We want you to be happy with your purchase from Mama Baba and Me. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as perishable goods, opened food and beverage products, and personal care items, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
